The policies of publishing and participation

The Middle East Forum for Research & Innovation (MEFRI) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all its activities. The following policies and guidelines outline the framework governing participation, submission, publication, and ethical conduct within MEFRI conferences and academic initiatives. All participants are expected to review these policies carefully and adhere to them in order to ensure a fair, transparent, and academically rigorous environment.

Authors wishing to participate in the conference must ensure that their submissions meet the following requirements:    •   The submitted paper must be original and not previously published or presented elsewhere.    •   The research must fall within the scope of the conference themes.    •   The paper should follow recognized academic research standards and proper citation practices.    •   The length of the paper should be between 10 and 20 pages, including references, tables, and figures.    •   Submissions are accepted in Arabic, English, and French.    •   Papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word format to: info@mefri.org

1. Registration Policy    •   Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the participation fee.    •   An official confirmation letter will be issued upon acceptance and payment. 2. Refund Policy    •   Registration fees are non-refundable after official confirmation.    •   In case of force majeure, the organizing committee reserves the right to modify event 3. Participants will receive an official certificate of participation.    •   Accepted papers may be considered for publication according to editorial policies.
